This is your past pokemon love, kylie!XD I drew it especially for you.^_^ Hope you like. I tried to draw her with my own style, but I'm not sure if I preserved the eevee-likeness. By the way, it's supposed to be like you just tried to catch her but you hear that voice say,"Pokemon escaped!" and she's just popped out of the pokeball behind her.
